With 34 years of experience in custom home design (30 in private practice) SRD Studio has a developed process that integrates your design concepts and budget into a fully developed home plan. Over 1600 successful projects have been achieved for homeowners over that time span. Design style has run the full spectrum. First Choice Estimating was launched because your budget is a design parameter and critically important for a successful build. The FCE estimating tool was developed and vetted over the course of hundreds of projects to provide a preliminary construction budget in order to manage your expectations. Every SRD Studio project begins with placing your expectations into the specifications.
